Recently I have bought my new notebook. It is very good laptop (Dells one), but when sun felt on screen I have seen some white dots on it. I am sure that these dots are not dead pixels. I am able to see these dots when I have black desktop, too. I do not know what caused this problem or how I can solve it. Have you any idea.

You are right when you said that that is not dead pixels. It is dirt. If it is outside on the screen, you can easily clean it. But, do not use water or other liquid for cleaning! If this dirt is between lcd and polycarbonate cover, then it would be the best if you contact your vendor and take it to them on cleaning. I dont suggest you to do that by yourself.
