| I have some ancient Mac collecting dust in my closet. Recently need for one more computer in my house has arisen. I am not willing to spend a lot of cash for new Mac. So, I wonder if there is any possibility to upgrade this Mac to, at least, reasonable configuration. |

| There is possibility to upgrade your machine, but you will have to calculate all costs. If your Mac is as ancient as you say you will need to replace almost everything processor, memory, hard disk, etc. Also you will have to check you monitor if it is working at all (after long time of inactivity monitors tend to develop some strange features). When you add everything you might find out that better option is to by new one. |
