Around me everybody talks about Linux. I just sit and listen. It seems to me like very nice OS. Ive decided to learn how to use it. I cant decide what approach is better:
1.Learning everything from books and internet about it
or
2.Installing it on computer and try to use it
Also, Im considering attend some courses about Linux. What do you think?

You have to choose by yourself best method. I can only tell you how I started. First of all, Ive installed linux on my computer. Ive started to research it. In the same time, I visited forums and asked questions about linux. Also, I collected every useful article about this OS, borrowed and bought books (still do). I met some people (looked to me like experts at that time) and I asked them everything I could remember. After few weeks, I felt comfortable in Linux. After all these years, Im still learning.
