Hello, need some help here. I’m trying to set up a text that scrolls from one end of the e-mail to the other, but it’s not working. I’m using this little 3rd-party program called OE Marquue that I got off some guy’s website, and it looks great while I’m writing it, but as soon as I send the mail, or save it to Drafts, it reverts to ordinary, static text. Can anyone tell me what the problem is? Thanks,

If it’s Outlook Express, you need to make sure it’s not sending your e-mail as text-only messages, which I think it’s set to do by default. You need to send it in HTML for complex content like the scrolling thingie to appear. Personally I’d download some of the free e-mail editing programs rather than mess about in “extensions” made by some anonymous guy you found on a forum, just google a little. Make sure you don’t download “cool web mail” though, because it’s one of the many incarnations of the famous CWS trojan.
