Hello. I am trying to secure my system from non - default file replacement. It happened to me several times that the original system files were replaced with the other versions, and because of that I had problems. For example, I have founded nice windows theme over the internet, and I received message about Windows File Protection during install, so I stopped the installation. I didnt want to make any risk before I learn how to manually replace other versions for original. How to do that? Is that hard to do? Thanks in advance.

No it is not hard to do. The default Windows files resident inside the C:\Windows\system32\Dllcache folder. I think that the whole procedure can be performed with the simple command sfc /scannow. If your files were replaced with the other versions, Windows will automatically replace them for the original using this command. Try and see what will happen.
