How to open up virtual pc?

I wanted to try some new games, operating systems and stuffs like that, so I made a virtual machine. But, recently problem occurred and its considering impossibility to open up virtual pc. I have to tell you that I never had problems with opening before. Have you some experience with this?

Your virtual pc wont start if you are not logged like admin. So, check which account you use at the moment. Also check is your virtual pc disabled. If it is, enable it and start it. Also check is virtual pc properly shut down (make sure that it is not in paused or suspended state).
