How to open a VCM File?

I have downloaded file with totally strange extension. It is some VCM file and I am not able to open it with any program I have installed on my computer. Where can I find information about this file and what program should I use to open it. Thank you in advance for your quick reply.

VCM file? I must be honest with you and tell you that I never heard of that file type. After doing a little search over internet I stumbled upon information that this is some kind of Interwise Participant Recorded WebCast File. It looks like there is codec for Windows Media Player that can open and play this file. You should try it, maybe it works.
