How to delete items from Services

Hello! I am interested how to do this. Some wasteful items making me nervous, and I want to terminate them. In the menu of services I have some needless stuffs. I want to remove them all. Does anybody know how to take this action? I need advice how to delete this items. Thank you!

Hi! Of course you can, just open the services menu and one by one delete. Just stay over the file and right click on the mouse. Then click option delete. And every file you want to delete just simply delete. That’s not a problem. Go ahead and remove them all! After that just remove them all from the recycle bin!
