Like the most of people, I use Microsoft Outlook, too. But, I am interesting for customizing outlook form. I tried to find some tool in the internet for this action, but I couldnt. I hope that you can tell me what I should download or, if I do not need downloading, what to do. Thank you very much!

You dont need downloading. You can customize outlook form if you do following:
Open outlook, click on tools, then choose forms, then select design form. Now, from design form, choose form below which you want to customize, click open. Form will appear in design mode. Now, you can easily delete or enter fields, move them etc. After you have made all desired changes, click forms, then publish form, then browse. Go to folder will appear, in it click on subscriptions, the ok. Type desire name in the display name, and, finally, publish.
