I have several video files I would like to convert to VCD format. I have tried several things but I can not find the way how to do this. I would like you to help me with this problem. If it is of some importance I have to say that I run Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 2. Computer is six months old and I believe it is powerful enough.
Converting video files to VCD ( and any other format for that matter) requires some third party software. There are many programs for video and audio files conversion and most of them are commercial. There are several free tools but I am not sure if they can meet your requirements. You can try Xilisoft Video Converter. I believe it is quite good program.
