I got a new card, the ATi All-In-Wander 988 Pro, but I'm not sure how to hook it up. There are 2 cables that I haven't seen before, and apparently, one is to be connected to the hard disc, and the other to the power supply. I'm not sure which goes where, and I'm scared of screwing something up here. The cables look pretty much the same… and I can't even tell where on the PSU I should connect it to. Please help, I've never had to do anything like this before!

That ATi is a power-guzzler card, and that's why it needs the direct connection to the PSU. Now, the nice thing about hardware connections is this: If you can physically hook something up, chances are that it won't do harm to the machine once you turn the power back on. So, if the cables look the same, and the ports look the same, sounds to me it's really not important which cable goes where. And even if it is, the worst thing that can happen is the card not working. You're pretty much on the safe side here, so go ahead and try it out.
