How to completely remove Norton Antivirus 2006?

I have Norton Antivirus 2006. But since I have installed it I have some problems with computer and surfing internet. Some friends recommended me to remove it. I want to do that, but I do not know how and I have no courage to try. Would you be so kind to explain me that?

Off course I will. You have to remove from control panel. First click start, then control panel, then add/remove programs. When you get list of programs installed on your computer, find Norton. When you found it click remove/uninstall. It will ask you few times Are you sure you want always click yes. After that your computer will reboot. Thats the way how to uninstall it.
