How to clean my XP system efficiently?

I am using this Windows XP installation for two years now and I have not ever cleaned it up. I feel it is full of junk files and I am short with hard drive space so I would like to clean it a little bit. What do you recommend me for cleaning my XP system efficiently? Hello. There are many programs that will attempt to clean XP system efficiently. I am using CCleaner for long time and I am satisfied with it. It is freeware product which makes it even better. If you are for some commercial product I can recommend you Registry Mechanic. Just be careful when using cleaners because you can easily delete something you should not touch.
