How to change RPM to DEB?

I have download trans gaming font installer cedega-4.3-1 i386.rpm. I have done that because I have heard that is better then wine for newbies like I am. I forgot to tell you that I use Ubuntu linux distro. And, as you know, .rpm does not run in it. So, would you tell me how to change rpm to deb?

I would suggest you to use Alien program. It making converts between rpm, dpkg, deb, slz and tgz file formats. You can download it from following link:
http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/mandriva/2007.1/i586/media/contrib/release/alien-8.64-1mdv2007.1.noarch.html
And command for converting is:
$ alien --to-deb package.rpm
