How to add a personal video to my blog?

Me and two of my friends have decided to keep a blog though I’m not quite sure we really have anything interesting to write. Still, I might have some interesting videos I made that I’d like to add to my blog but I don’t know how and neither do my friends. Could anyone offer me some help on this?

You don’t need to worry about not having anything interesting to say – most of the people who keep blogs don’t.
