| Hello there. I really need some smart and quick guide on how to set up a printer for all users within small office network at my work. I know that I am maybe asking too much, but what can I say, the time is not on my side in this very moment, therefore Ill be very grateful for any possible explanation. Thanks in advance. |

| Hello. You have very easy problem to solve, so follow these steps. You must know the model name for your printer, manufacturer name and printers IP address, which can be found on a label attached to a printer. Go to the control panel, Printers and faxes and than add a printer. Wait for a Wizard to pop-up. Do not let windows do anything automatically, select the first option. Than go to creation of new TCP/IP port. After that enter the exact the same TCP/IP printer address. Do not change the name of the network printer. Leave it as it is generated automatically. Thats it. |
