How to Troubleshoot Email Problems in Outlook?

Hello! I am using Outlook 2003 as my default e-mail client and I have never had any trouble with it. But, I am interesting to learn how to troubleshot e-mail problems in Outlook 2003. I mean, in case that I face with this problem one day. Hope this is not problem for you. Thank you!

Hello! Problems with Outlook 2003 are not often and when some of them appears always you should check account settings first. Also, check if some of your protection program makes blocking sending or receiving e-mails. To be honest with you, Outlook is my default e-mail client since 1997 and I have never had any problems with it.
