Hi guys! I have a question about resizing jpeg pictures. I found a detailed map of New Orleans on the web and saved it to my hd but when I open it in ACDSee it streches far out of the edges of the screen and I have to scroll a lot to get to the area I need. Is it possible to edit the picture somehow so that it’s smaller but not lose the details?

Technically no. You can reduce the dimensions but it will inevitably lead to some deterioration of quality. I assume you have something like MS Paint. Use it to open the image, click ‘edit – size’(or something to that account) and choose the size percentage that you want. Using trial and error find the right proportion between size and quality.
