| Hello people. Every time I try to check my email with Outlook Express, Windows Messenger is up together with the Outlook, and it is going on my nerves. I never had any benefits of this program as any other need for using it. I tried to disable the program using start up options, but it is still there, every time I check my email. How to uninstall this program or how to disable from start up? Thanks in advance. |

| Hi there. You know, I had the same situation with the Windows messenger my self. And I have found one perfect solution, that anyone could apply with ease. The core file msmsgs.exe residents inside the C:\Program Files\Messenger. All you need to do is to rename the Messenger folder to MessenerOFF and thats it. It wont show up anymore, no matter what you set inside its options. If you want to enable it again, than just remove the OFF command. |
