How difficult is creating a forum?

Hello! My name is Milford and I am beginner in IT world. I want to ask you (if you know to tell me) how difficult creating a forum is. I am asking you this because I want to make my own forum. I am visitor of some forums and I like this form (forum). Have you any idea what I need to do? Thank you in advance!

Hello, Milford! For making forum you will need to know web design. So, you will need to learn first if you want to be able to make forum. Making forum is not difficult if you know how; but if you do not know how – then making forum may looks to you like mission impossible. I hope that my answer helped you!
