| Hey there. I have three computers at home, which are all connected in a small network, with internet access of course. Now, I don’t know how to split the internet connection over them, so that each has some bandwidth secured. The problem is that my son is playing games online, all the time, and he spreads over the whole bandwidth so we can hardly browse pages. |

| Well , I am having the same problem as you do. The only difference is – I do not have three but only two computers connected, and it is not my son that has been giving me trouble, it is my daughter! We are arguing all the time because of it. I even started hiding the cable from her, but she always fools me with some essay she has to finish for the school and she needs internet connection to check some data on the net. I have heard that there is some software which can help you regulate this matter, but I cannot remember the name. |
