How can I access secure pages?

I have installed Windows XP SP2. But now when I try to access secure pages, my access is denied. I dont know why is that because I type correct password and a name. Now I have big problem. How can I access secure pages? Does anyone have any advice. It is really urgent. Thank you in advance.

It is really bad problem. I dont have any problems accessing secure pages. I also dont have much experience with this topic. But, I think that your problem doesnt have anything with Windows XP. What internet browser do you use? If you are using Internet Explorer, maybe he is your problem. Internet Explorer can make problems for some pages. But, it can also be something in settings. Maybe is checked some option that must not be checked. You should try to explore it a little, and see your preferences or options. I really think that you will find there your problem.
