Hotmail attachments issues

Hello! I have really strange problem. I have Hotmail web account and I have tried to download from it some attachments which send me my friend. From some reason I am not able to download any attachment. I really do not know why this problem occurred. I hope you will know something more about this and you will explain me what to do.

Hello! I had same problem some time before and I think I have found solution. Solution for this problem is pretty simple. Only you need to do is to uncheck Do not remember my e-mail address for future sign-in. I do not know why this option must be unchecked, but that’s the way it is. Hope it will work for you, too.
