Antivirus will not help you. Have you some anti spyware? I assume that you havent, because if you have you should try it. Right?
When you open your browser go to tools - internet option. Then change the home page address. After youve done, click ok.
If this doesnt help, then that what happens is called hijacking. You probably have been on that site (I mean on that irritating site) before, and you caught a little program for hijacking (some of site owners put it and every time you restart your browser or reboot your computer, you go on their site).
Only solution for solving this problem is getting some antuspyware. Antisyware will help you to remove it and it will protect your computer in the future.
You can try to remove it manually, too. All you should do is click on start, then search. In the search enter extension .hta. When you find it .hta files, delete it.
