Hello! I had some troubles with malware in the past, so, I want to ask you about how my computer can be 100 safe. I use cable internet and XP OS. I am asking you this, because I know that you are very skilled in this field. My friend told me that you work with security. I am thanking you in advance!

Hello! First of all, I want to tell you that there is no way to make your computer 100 safe, unless you do not turn off it. You can install some good firewall (e.x. Zone Alarm Pro), antivirus and antispyware. You can buy firewall, too. That is device which goes between your modem and computer. Just make sure that you havent installed two or more at the same time firewalls and antiviruses or something like that on your system, because, in that case they wont work properly.
