Hijacked again despite protection?

Hello! I have been hijacked last week. I have hardly got rid of nasty. Should I mention that I have installed all security software? That did not stop new nasty to hijack me. I am hijacked again despite protection, can you believe it? Have you ever had experience like mine is? What have you done then (if you have it)? Thank you!

Hello! Believe it or not, I have same problem as you have now. The difference is that I have it several times. So, regarding that fact, you can consider yourself as very lucky guy. Only I have done was that I installed new antivirus (instead Norton I installed NOD32), new antispyware and new personal firewall. That worked for me. Maybe you should try that, too.
