Help with Trojan downloader!

Hi guys, I'm having huge problems trying to remove this ting called "win32 trojan downloader", every time I scan my computer with an anti-spyware program like Ad Aware, the trojan thing comes up, and I click to remove it, and it says it is removed, but after I restart it shows up in the next scan again! What am I missing here?

Could it be that there's something wrong with your copy of Ad Aware? It's probably not a case of un-updated definitions, because it does detect the intrusion, but since it doesn't remove it Me, I'd try another program, something like Spy Bot.
