Help with MusicMatch burning problems

I have TDK dvd burner and for burning dvs and cds I use MusicMatch. But, recently my problems started: when I try to burn media an error occurs. I tried different brand media, but everytime is same. I contacted MusicMatch support and they told me that with software everything is fine and the problem is my dvd burner. I think that they are lying.

I doubt. I had TDK, too. I still use MusicMatch and I can tell you that is better then Nero or other burning software. Try to plug out dvd burner and reboot system. Your system should reconfig. After that turn your computer on and try to burn something. If it is not still possible, then I suggest you to buy another dvd burner.
