| Hello. I want to add one more email account to the Outlook configuration, but I want to do that without any help from my system administrator. I mean, not that I want to, I have to, because the guy is on vacation. I am looking for some easy method because I really am not so experienced, therefore I need help, because I am afraid not to blew something up. Thanks in advance, for any help. I will appreciate that very much. |

| Hi. Here are some few easy steps. Right click on the Outlook 2000 desktop icon. Click on properties. Than select Tools>Services. On MS Exchange settings click on add. Select Internet Email, and on the next page choose the desired Email account user name. Fill the email address field and after that you can follow the ISP’s quick guide you probably have with you, because the settings may vary, depending on the ISP it self. Usually, incoming mail server is pop3. and the outgoing is smtp. After the mail server, ISP domain goes. For example, pop3.google.com. |
