Have no task manager

Hello! I have no task manager! Yesterday I tried to restart my computer machine. The big number of programs has run in the same time. I tried to run task manager but it doesn't appear. Can somebody tell me how to activate it? I am glad to hear your opinion or advice. Thanks for any kind of help!

Hi! Well, I can tell you what is good to do. When you start your computer and open desktop picture, take one click on the clipboard. When you click on it then you will see option task manager. Also there is another way to open it. You can press alt, ctrl and delete button in the same time. It will appear the task manager.
