Has my hotmail been hacked?

Yesterday when I logged in to my email I was astounded when I saw 4 new messages. I was astounded because the 4 new emails were Mail Delivery Notifications for unsuccessfully sent emails I didn’t send! In the header of returned mail was “from: my email address”. How can I find out if someone’s using my hotmail?

I doubt that your hotmail account is hacked. In fact, I think that someone uses your email-address for spamming. So, he just puts your email in his From: header, he doesn’t actually use your account for sending mails. I would however advise you to change your old password – if you haven’t so far.
