If you had the misfortune to be stuck with the following system specs, what would you choose to upgrade first, and why? (I'll list only the relevant components)
CPU: 2.6 MHz Intel Celeron
RAM: 512 MB
Video: ATi Radeon 9200
Hard Drive: 90 GB Maxtor
Yeah, I know it sucks. But where does it suck the most?
Thanks in advance!

Well, it depends on what you're looking for in a computer. If you want a gaming rig, then… well, just replace the whole lot, because everything you've listed (with the possible exception of the HDD) will hold you back way too much.
Me, I'd add at least another 512MB of RAM, and either add a larger hard disk or upgrade the video. I'd leave that CPU, it's not too shabby (compared to the rest).
