I use Internet for several years and I never had any bigger problems. However, in the last couple of months, I cannot defend my computer and other computer on our network from the virus attacks. I do not know what to do. We are thinking about some hardware firewall for our network.

I think hardware firewalls will not solve your problems better than the software firewalls. The problem is not with your equipment but with your employees. If you want to reduce your virus problems, you should educate them how to behave on the Internet. Get them on some course if you need. For your network protection, couple of programs should do the job. For anti-spyware software download and install SpyBot Search and Destroy. For anti-virus software install AVG free. Both of those programs are freewares. If you add them Seagate personal firewall I think that three programs would do the job.
