Hello! I am newbie in computer using and I would be very appreciated if you tell me something about hard disk maintenance. I need few tips about this. Some of my friends told me that I should format it on every six months. Is that true? Should I open it and clean it? Thank you in advance!

Hello! Regarding the fact that you will keep all of your data on hard disk, you will need to take care of it. You will need to well protect your operating system (antivirus, antispyware and other security programs). From time to time you will need to defragment your hard drive. Do not open hard drive because on that way you can damage it.
