Hello. I'm trying to format my e-mail as an html page, but I'm not sure how to send it. When I copy the content of the page and paste into a new message, OE just removes all my hard-earned formatting. When I attach the page, it's sent as an attachment, which isn't what I want here. I even tried copying the source code itself, but of course it's just pasted as plain text. Is there really no other way but creating the message right there, in OE?

Try it this way: In the new message window, click View / Source Edit. Then choose the "source" tab from the bottom of the window. Delete all the existing code, and just paste in your own. You can see if it turns up all right in the "preview" tab. If you're OK with it, just return to the "edit" tab and click the send button.
