I use internet every day at work and home. Since few months ago, I could not defend from various viruses and malwares. I even tried reinstalling complete operating system from the beginning but it did not help for a longer period. After few days on the Internet and I would have the similar problems again. Now I have a HREF error in Outlook Express. What can I do?

Of course, first you have to do is to clear your machine of viruses. From my own experience, a combination of SpyBot Search and Destroy and AVG should be the best tool for that purpose. Both of those programs are freewares, which is good. They are very efficient, which is even better. They are representing a deathly combination for viruses. The best proof for that is that I am also on the Internet every day, I am using Internet explorer 7 and I don't have any problems. If you have Windows XP don't forget to install Service Pack 2. If that won't help you, you would have to reinstall the Windows from the beginning.
