Hi, I have a HP laserjet M1005 multi functional & a Fujitsu Siemens Esprimo V5535 notebook with win XP home.
Printer is working fine, but I can not scan. I have the latest drivers, latest BIOS, and all updates for the XP. Reinstalled everything several times, but still can not scan.
Scanner and cable is ok, working with other PC.
Notebook USB ports are ok too, working with other devices.
Called HP support (can't help), called Microsoft support (can't help), wrote to fujitsu support (no answer yet).
If you have any idea please help.   |
