HP laserjet 2420dn cannot be found!

Hello I think we are here in printing problems role! I have issue with my HP LaserJet 2420DN that suddenly is missing, cant be found. All that I did lately was cleaning it up and added new cartridge and even that replacement not registered. I cant print anything now of course so could explain to me why am I having this problem, and can it be solved?

Hi, because you are having HP product, and if you are also a Vista user, well mess is then very welcomed, as I heard. I have no idea how many people complained about both of them. Well I honestly have no idea what is your problem cartridge not registered or the whole printer? If it is the first thing well then maybe you damaged the chip during the clean up. There should be possibility to reset poor thing, look up for resetters and how to on HP site.
