| Hi, because you are having HP product, and if you are also a Vista user, well mess is then very welcomed, as I heard. I have no idea how many people complained about both of them. Well I honestly have no idea what is your problem cartridge not registered or the whole printer? If it is the first thing well then maybe you damaged the chip during the clean up. There should be possibility to reset poor thing, look up for resetters and how to on HP site. |
