Hello. I have obtained new HP notebook model for my every day activities. And it seems that I have a problem already. The hard drive sounds like it is being stuck, randomly. It can happen in a middle of anything. Any process, while reading any file, or just when I am listening my favorite music. I know that this is way too far from good behavior but I don't what to do. I need very good advice. Thanks in advance.

Hi. You have problem that requires nothing else but a replacement of the hard drive. If the notebook is new, that means you have warranty for it, which means you don't have to deal with at all. Hewlett Packard must provide you with new, reliable and functional hard drive. Call them and report your problem. They will take care of it.
