Hello! I have bought recently HP computer (last week) and I can tell you that I already have a problem with keyboard. My keyboard and mouse are wireless. Regarding the problem: first, I needed to press very hard key on keyboard to saw it in Word and after some time this keyboard just stopped to work. Can you tell me what the problem is? Thank you!

Hello! You said that your keyboard and mouse are wireless. Well, these devices need batteries for working. When you buy new wireless keyboard or mouse, you usually get them without batteries or with almost empty ones. Your keyboard just needs new pack of batteries, believe me. When you replace old ones with new batteries, your problem will be solved.
