Well, I don’t know how this happened, probably there was some kind of mistake produced by my own stupidity, but after last night restart, I have received the disk read error message. I just had one option provided. Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart the system. I tried with that but, disk read error occurred again. Now, the thing which is bothering me most, is the date when I bought Pavillion. Only three months a go. What I am supposed to do? Thanks in advance.

First of all, do not install every software you see as totally free anymore, because I can tell that you like to experiment almost with everything. Anyway, there is nothing so cruel on your case, at least not for us experts. It is your Master boot record, that somehow got corrupted. Master Boot Record is very small portion of the hard drive, and it is located at the bare beginning of the hard drive’s first boot sector. It contains information and all index files about where your partitions are, how many of them and so on and on. You can fix your master boot record with Windows XP CD if you have the one, or with HP rescue media if you have some. Try to do it by your self again, but this time, just read carefully and take slow steps forward.
