I don't usually put much stock in rumors, but I like to think of myself as a prudent buyer, so… Is it true that these laptops are known to cause CardBus problems? What kind of problems would those be, exactly? If someone with first-hand experience with ZE4000 that has had these issues would elaborate, I'd appreciate it.

Don't rightly know if it's a common problem, but yeah, I had it. USB devices wouldn't work at all or they would but Windows would slow down horribly. The issue, they said was with BIOS, though when I installed the update which specifically said to have addressed the CardBus problem, it didn't really help, and some new problems were added into the mix. So, unless you have a lot of time and patience on your hands, I'd recommend you stay away form this one.
