Hello! I have HP Pavilion XE743 computer and a problem with it. I am not able to reboot it normally or to turn it off (it hangs during turning off). I am running Windows 98 operating system and I am afraid that something with it is wrong. Am I right? I hope that you will tell me what I need to do to fix this.

Hello! Well, I suggest you to upgrade your operating system to Windows ME, because that will solve problem if cause of it is Windows 98. Also, could be that you have a problem with your BIOS; or, could be that cause of your problem is hardware. You need to check this all. I hope that this helps you!
