Well I thought I will cool my system down with my HP Airwalk D9280-60007 mobo and poor processor with current fan but noooo. I mean don’t have some mega machine that cries for major cooling system but this mobo is giving me the headache. When I hooked up everything and turned the system on, it is reporting fan error, not being attached nor detected. During all that fuss I am hearing my fan purring like a kitten, well if it was more powerful I assume it would roar like a lion. So I am wondering what is going on here, why my fan can’t be registered by my mobo all sudden?
HHmm, everyday more and more “ghost issues†on this forum. Your BIOS went nuts?! For some reason fan pull its nerves and it said;†You can purr as much as you want but I decided to give you a silent treatment, I made up my mind!â€, lol. I know you said that you don’t have powerful computer but maybe mobo looking for better and mui macho fan?! I know I am joking too much on your account but sorry never was collecting info about your mobo in the past so not knowing for sure how it reacts on other components in general. Did you test with plug it in every fan connection that exists on your mobo? Now I am being silly and will prolly get banned from here with following silent treatment from you and all the other members, movement that was started and led by your HP Airwalk D9820-60007 MoBo. Ok people help! I don’t think this fan wants to be banned for eternity by this motherboard (just like I don’t), swamp us with solutions!
