| Everything worked great until yesterday, when my Windows XP suddenly stopped booting. I have a Windows 2000 on another partition, it works smoothly. I don’t know what could happen to my XP, my AV software was regularly updated. I didn’t experience problems of any kind lately, so I don’t know what could have caused this. |

| Really strange, at first I thought that it must have been a boot loader, but if you get the boot-screen and ability to select between XP and 2K, something else is the problem here. Did you try to enter the safe mode (pressing F8 after you choose XP)? Perhaps the best solution is to do the Windows repair from the setup cd – lasts for about an hour, but most likely it solves the problem. |
