Hello! I just have installed Windows XP operating system with Service Pack 2 and all patches. I really need guidelines for Ad ware/Spyware software, because I have used for years Linux distributions and I am not familiar with this software for Windows at all. I hope that you will recommend me something. Thanks!

Hello! It would be the best if you install SpyBot and LavaSoft Ad-Aware 2007. SpyBot is antispyware on demand software and I can tell you that it is pretty useful. LavaSoft Ad-Aware 2007 will protect with its shield your system from adware and spyware. It is very reliable and useful, too. With these two programs you won’t have any troubles with adware and spyware.
