I have some problems with my display on monitor. It seems that it is get nuts! And all my troubles began when I plugged in my new graphic card and started with play AGE III. At once, my computer started beeping and I my computer just froze. I thought that cpu overheated, but it didnt. I reset computer and started game again and same thing happened. What is this?

It looks to me like a problem with video card or power supply. Have you plugged your video card properly? Please, check this. Also see, if video card has possibility of direct connection to your power supply. If it has, plug it. But, this could be short circuit, too. Be careful, because if I am right, that could provide a lot of troubles and burnt hardware.
