| I have never heard about this, but now that you have mentioned it, I reckon that this is just one of those Google tools that are used to make things simpler and less complicated. I really don’t believe that there is a program that could increase the speed of the existing connection. Maybe it can only optimize the use of the bandwidth in sense that it uses it more economically, but I really think that if you have dial up, you can’t expect too much. I remember that there are some programs that were used earlier for increasing the speed, but I tried them and I wasn’t satisfied at all. And as far as I know, all Google tools are free. |
