Good system maintenance software

I am looking for some good system maintenance software. This software should have registry cleaner, junk file cleaner, some utilities for tweaking Windows XP (for tweaking memory, start up time and such). It should also have ability to repair certain problems that can occur during normal day to day work. Can you recommend me some software like this?

Almost all programs for system maintenance have similar abilities. They differ mostly on reliability. Taking into consideration your requests I can recommend you System Mechanic which has everything you have listed above. Also, good system maintenance software is WinXp Manager although it is not feature rich like System Mechanic. I hope I have helped you.
