I hate this company! When I bought my pc a couple of years ago there was a special offer of having their internet almost for free. However, I have had so many problems with them, all that stupid software I had to use, and awful technical support. I am switching to whatever else now, goodbye AOL!

People should consult their experienced friends and relatives when applying for an internet connection. AOL was always sh1t, I always say that to everyone. The worst thing they had was that online timer which would pop up if you are inactive, to act in order to preserve your connection! That’s about the worst thing I ever saw.
